Last night there was a fire at the CRFC clubhouse.
Both people who were in the house at the time were able to make it out safely but were taken to Mercy hospital with symptoms of smoke inhalation. They are expected to make a full recovery.
Unfortunately, one of the two dogs in the house did not make it.
The cause of the fire is not fully known at this time, but the fire marshal believes it originated underneath a refrigerator.
There was a significant loss of personal property, and if you are in a position to contribute, your generosity would be greatly appreciated.
